How to get help

If you run courses

Most answers are in creator help. It covers setting up your account, building your first course, and how Cedarras works with Kit.

Still stuck? Email support@cedarras.com.

To help us help you quickly, tell us:

• The name of your Cedarras account
• The page you were on, or its address
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead

Data requests, like a copy of your data or deleting your account, go to the same address. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep.

If you're taking a course

Contact the course's creator first. They decide who can see their course and handle purchases, refunds, grades and the course itself. Cedarras can't change your access to someone else's course.

Many courses show the creator's support email on the course page. Our student help covers signing in, finding your courses, quizzes, and what to do when a course goes missing.

If something on the site itself is broken, like a page that won't load, email support@cedarras.com.
