A limit stops you adding. It never takes anything away
Move down a plan and every course stays live, every file keeps serving, and every student keeps learning. What changes is that you cannot add the next course until you are back under the cap, and paid features pause until you move back up.
The student cap is softer still. Cedarras records the student and tells you that you are over. It never turns anyone away in the middle of a course.
Kit is required
Cedarras runs on top of Kit and installs from the Kit App Store. Kit holds your audience, your products, and your automations; Cedarras holds the courses.
What you pay Kit is separate from what you pay us.
How billing works
- Cancel any time. You keep your paid plan to the end of the period you paid for, monthly or annual. Nothing is refunded for the time left.
- Move up and it starts now. Higher plan, or monthly to annual: you pay the prorated difference today.
- Move down and it starts at renewal. You keep what you paid for until then, with no credit.
- If a payment fails, your paid plan stays on for 14 days while it is retried, then the account moves to Free.
- Prefer an invoice? Agency plans can be paid by invoice. Ask us. We send the invoice ourselves, and payment is due by the date on it.

Common questions
Do I need a Kit account?
Yes. Cedarras runs on top of Kit and installs from the Kit App Store. Kit holds your audience, your products, and your automations; Cedarras holds the courses. What you pay Kit is separate from what you pay us.
Can I stay on the Free plan?
Yes, as long as you like. There is no trial that ends. Move up when you need more courses, more students, or your own domain.
What counts as an active student?
Someone who currently has access to at least one of your courses. Each person counts once, however many courses they take. Remove their Kit tag and they stop counting.
What happens if I go over a limit?
A limit stops you adding the next thing. It never takes anything away, and it never turns a student away. If you grow past your student cap, we record the student and let you know.
Where do my videos live?
Your videos stay on Vimeo, YouTube or another video host; we don't host them. Vimeo Free works, so with Creator you pay $29 a month all in. Vimeo Starter, $20 a month or $12 billed yearly, adds protection: connect it and Cedarras hides the video on Vimeo and lets it play only inside your course.
